Unfortunately I am
frequently targeted by fraud
attempts so I have to reserve the
right to refuse and cancel any bid,
payment or payment method from any
user at any time for any reason, up

going to do that if I can possibly
avoid it!). So
the contract of sale only becomes
binding between us when I have
acknowledged and accepted your
payment for the goods.
Payment. Using Paypal is much
preferred as it the simplest method
for all parties, and it is the only
method of payment I will accept from

Echeques and personal cheques etc.

resell the item.
International users please note I
will only ship to confirmed Paypal
addresses and I do not accept any
other form of International payment.
please ask about
shipping costs before
buying or bidding, and where
International insurance is not
available the item will only be sent

I cannot accept Escrow under any
circumstances due to the very high
number of fraudulent sites :-(

Also as recent events have proved to my
cost, Diamond treatments (also known as
Clarity Enhancement) can be virtually
impossible to detect without specialist
equipment (which I don't have) so,
although I promise I will never
knowingly sell a treated stone as being
untreated, I cannot state with absolute
certainty that any stone I'm selling has
not been so treated. All I can say is I
haven't been able to detect it.
